Sixth Form (A Levels)
French

Description

As students progress from IGCSE French to A Level French, they must begin to develop a mastery over the language. Our MA/MSc/PhD qualified teachers help students learn the French culture and language at a more advanced level in preparation for university courses and a potential career in a country where French is commonly spoken.

Students become capable of understanding and speaking French with clarity, fluency, and smoothness. The initial hesitation and hiccups experienced at the IGCSE junction are addressed and removed. Students are required to demonstrate their skills in different scenarios. All the while, our teachers build strong listening, speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension skills in pupils.

We also offer a closer look at the culture, traditions, civilisation, and history of countries where French is being spoken today. Students achieve greater confidence in the language and cover even more ground with accuracy and fluency. Cambridge Home School Online’s A Level French students secure top grades and achieve even greater success studying French in university.
