Assessment

We offer a range of assessments during our live lessons. These include summative tests, worksheets, pop quizzes, group activities, and more. Using these assignments, our teachers assess each student’s skills and knowledge.

Reporting

Parents are given 24/7 access to their children’s coursework. We also maintain an open line of communication between parents and teachers to ensure complete transparency. Additionally, we hold three parent-teacher consultations each year, one in every term. Parents can also set up consultations with teachers at mutually convenient times.

Examination Centres

It is the responsibility of the parents to arrange their child’s examinations. Most students sit their papers at a school or college that accepts private candidates.

Unlike Cambridge, the AQA examination board doesn’t have many examination centres outside the UK. This means that most students will most likely sit their science A-Level exams at a UK examination centre.

Separate Science Practical Endorsement (Optional)

A-Level Biology does not require a practical endorsement. However, if you are planning on studying at university, it is crucial that you check with your chosen institution to see if they require a practical endorsement.

If so, a separate practical examination can be taken after students have passed their A-Level course. You should check with your local examination centre to see if they offer this option. International students can still sit for both the practical endorsement and the examinations in the UK.
